Moshe & I go for 300#
My client in NYC, Moshe has been working on his deadlift form for almost a year now.  He is up to 285#/4 reps (on his last set).  Monday he and I will be going for something we both want.... a 300# deadlift.  Adam Cohen will be training us through it!  I will post the outcome!

Happy New Year - 2012!
There is nothing better than being in PJs, in your home, talking to a best friend while having wine and great food when watching the ball drops!  The best part?  The bed is nearby.  I hope you all had a great new year and are ready to kick off the new year with new goals!

FEBRUARY SPOTLIGHT

WATCH ELLEN'S VIDEO HERE!

PROJECT ELLEN.... is what we call it here in NYC.  I met Ellen by CHANCE.  I was asked to teach a spin class due to the instructor not showing.  I gave the class a killer spin workout and evidently made an impression on Ellen.  She contacted me that day about training.  We clicked immediately.  We have been working together for about 6 months now.  Jan 1 we started PROJECT ELLEN.  We meet 1x a week for heavy weights, her diet is structured (not deprived), we do a Tabata/Bootcamp workout togther 1x a week and I keep tabs on her through a calendar program so she is accountable.  She is doing great and has also been keeping me motivated as I begin my journey to the fitness stage in May.

 

I am so glad to have met her as we have become more than clients, but friends!
