I am NOT a competitor, can I still benefit from Team Dean/Lishia and what she has to offer?

Absolutely! The majority of clients dealt with on a daily basis are NOT competitors. Programs are catered to YOUR needs, abilities, and goals. As a beginner it is suggest to start with The Dean's Package to make sure you are getting a well balanced program.

How available is Lishia to connect with while in a program?

With the help of technology these days, she is available via email, text, phone call, IM and Skype. While in a program at Team Dean it is encouraged to take advantage of the 30 minute meeting each week using one of these technologies. For text and emails, the response time is typically within 2-4 hours.

Must I pay in full for the programs, or can I make payments?

You have the choice of paying in full or making payments.

What is the cancellation policy & freeze policy?

Once you make your payment you are now committing to the program. There are NO refunds. However, life happens. If there is a severe need to freeze your program (death in the family, if you are female and become pregnant, doctor's orders, critical accident) you may freeze your account for a $25 fee. This can be refunded IF you restart the program within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of the initial freeze date, the $25 freeze fee cannot be refunded.
