In June of 2004, I went to one of Jen Hendershott's PhatCamps in Jacksonville, FL (Ms. Fitness Olympia and Ms. Fitness International).  It was an awesome experience. Jen was so personable and helpful that after I left the camp, I set a date to compete in my first show.  After 3 years of competing and continuing PhatCamps, I am apart of Jen’s training staff, traveling the U.S. inspiring women to live a healthy lifestyle.

After seeing the impact these experiences had on my life and where I am today, I am even more driven to inspire others to reach their goals.  I feel this has made me the trainer I am today!
